Campers learn to play one of the fastest growing sports in the United States. Lacrosse has elements of soccer, football, basketball and hockey. Players will learn the fundamentals including passing and catching, fielding ground balls, cradling, spacing, positioning, and defense. Plastic sticks and soft balls are used. No checking, stick checking, or poking will be permitted. At the end of the week, players will participate in a fun "NCAA Championship". All equipment will be provided.
