Children ages 7-12 will have a blast learning football basics in a fun and safe environment. Players will be grouped by age, coached at their level of understanding, and play fun, low-competition games. Players will learn the basic fundamentals skills of both offensive and defensive positions and will be introduced to speed and agility training. All equipment will be provided.
